Abstract
為了解釋當代工業社會行動者的地方意義，你我需要突破過去依賴具體地理範圍進行地方研究的慣習。我們參考地理空間研究和環境人類學的思想工具，提出工業地方的研究觀點。以社頭織襪人生命經驗的田調材料，描述幾種工業地方形式的交織樣貌。並就其流動特質的困難認識，討論個體和集體之間無法建立社會性的限制所在。
