Abstract

A 120-Gb/s double-sided multiband DDO-OFDM based LR-PON architecture is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. With a simple receiver design, the implementation complexity can be reduced and the splitting ratio can be as high as 1:128. © 2013 OSA.
