Immunotherapy is one of the clinically effective cancer therapies. Developing an easy-to-use device for drug screening is an important issue. We presented a 3D microfluidic platform designed for in-vitro tumor-immune cell study. The biocompatible hydrogel with cells manipulated on the ITO electrode pattern without microstructure or pump. The device provides rapid in-vitro tumor establishment and long-term cell culture. In addition, the results showed T cells were infiltrated and colocalized with cancer cells in the device. These results indicated our microfluidic device had the potential to apply to cancer research and clinical drug screening.
