Abstract
In this study, we demonstrated a simple, low-cost terahertz wireless communication network and investigated the effect of angle misalignment on bit error rate. The results show that the 3 Gbaud 4QAM-OFDM signals can still be retrieved at short distances (<1 m). We pushed even farther, and by utilizing a neural network, we developed an Artificial intelligence-based nonlinear equalizer, which enhances the system's robustness to misalignment.
