Abstract
We report a protein-analysis microchip integrating specific capture by affinity chromatography (AC) and charge-based separation by isoelectric focusing (IEF). Ten fmol each of 4 kinds of peptide isoelectric point (pI) markers in 1 μL of a sample was separated in an IEF channel of the protein-analysis chip. © 2006 Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems.
