Abstract
A fully printing techniques fabricated active matrix display array was demonstrated on flexible substrate by using Fabry-Perot interference effect and Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) concept. Printing techniques of flexography, lift-off, gravure, and lamination were used for roll-to-roll-ready process on 125μm polymer substrate while extra coating of metal layers as electrodes was performed under sputter. Red, green, and blue colors were successfully prepared for future realization of full color. The selection of active matrix also simplified alignment process for printing techniques.
