This paper presents the employment of geometric parameter that influences the size diameter and gyration degree of different diameter of alginate tube to align the fibroblast (NIH/3T3) and rat cardiomyocytes growth orientation. We successfully construct the tubular cardiac tissue integrated in the microchannel perfusion device.
