Abstract

angiogenesis extracellular matrix (ECM) Lung cancer pattern vascular endothelial cell
Cancer is a seriously disease in the modern, and lung cancer is one of the cancers with the high fatality rate. There are some clinical strategies to cure cancer, like surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Even we have many solutions to treat with cancer, but they are still with some shortages. According to the literature survey and clinical experts, the ability of a tumor to achieve vascularization is an essential hallmark of cancer biology. Recently, cell based systems has become the target to develop new cancer therapy for the inhibition of tumor angiogenesis. In this research, we demonstrated a platform which is based on the concentration gradient generator and DEP cell pattern technology, to study the relationship between angiogenesis and tumor cell.
