In this work, an integrated microfluidic system was presented to select specific aptamers by performing a tissue-based systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (Tissue-SELEX) in a continuous format. Ovarian cancer tissue slides were used as the target to screen the cancer-specific aptamers. This system was consisted of a flow control module, a temperature control module and an integrated microfluidic chip. The Tissue-SELEX processes could be automatically carried out on the developed microfluidic system.
