Abstract

We demonstrate a novel device; cascade high-speed laser power converter. Error-free 10 Gbit/sec data detection and 21.1% optical-to-electrical DC power generation efficiency can be achieved simultaneously at 850nm wavelength and +1V voltage. © 2011 Optical Society of America.
