Abstract
In this paper, we employed two different types of cells inside the microchannel using photochemical reaction. We have developed a co-culture system which has been expected as one of the most powerful tools for analyzing cell-to-cell interactions in mimicking tissue structures. Our technique was based on combining MPC polymer and photolabile linker that was applied for nitric oxide (NO) analysis which was detected in Piccells release from Endothelial cells (ECs) by ATP stimulation. © 2009 CBMS.
