Abstract
Cancer is currently the most common cause of death in the world. Combinatorial drugs attack several aberrant pathways simultaneously and potentially exerted beneficial effects to promote their anti-cancer efficacy. We propose a platform which can quickly quantify and release drugs in parallel. This platform allows high-throughput testing and avoids the complicated steps and time-consuming of traditional drug screening experiments. In this study, we use PDMS as the flow channel substrate, and encapsulated the drugs with PEGDA. Then partially expose through the photomask and UV, to form a rapid and precise quantitative hydrogel array, which can carry out three different concentrations of ten drugs combination screening experiments.
