We investigated a coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy with a single-pass picoseconds supercontinuum-seeded optical parametric amplifier (SCOPA). Our SCOPA system is substantially simpler because the pump and Stokes lasers are automatically overlapped. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
