Abstract

attosecond carrier envelope phase harmonic sub-cycle waveform
We show a process to generate a high peak power and waveform controllable light source. The bandwidth is more than two octaves, so the electric field oscillation in the pulse envelope is close to half cycle. It is promising to apply to high-order harmonic generation by sub-cycle pulse. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.
