Abstract

D-wave symmetry Electron-doped superconductor Metal-insulator transition
The effect of oxygen content δ on metal-insulator transition in Sm 1.85 CeO 0.15 CuO 4+δ antiferromagnetic superconductors are reported. The oxygen content parameter δ was obtained by the iodometric titration method using the parent compound Sm 2 CuO 4 as the standard based on Ce 4+ valence. The magnetic susceptibility data were obtained through a SQUID magnetometer from 2-300 K.
