Development of fabrication method for concentric connection of microchannel and nanochannel

We proposed and developed new nanochannel fabrication method. By using the two step bonding and etching method, concentric connection of microchannels and nanochannels was realized. This fabrication method will greatly contribute to basic technology for nanofluidics, and further development of functional devices can be expected using the fabrication method in this study.
