Abstract

We developed a fully automated micro gas analyzing prototype system with self-validating, which was a portable sized for on-site analysis, an ultrasensitive ability lower than 0.1 ppb ammonia gas and a 1Hz continuous real time analysis by utilizing micro liquid film flow with a highly efficient extraction and concentration. The system can measure continuously for three weeks with high reliability due to self-validating without maintenance. Furthermore, the system was applied to an evaluation with real sample as its application. It was confirmed that our system was available for a real sample application.
