Abstract
Miniaturization of separation techniques is required especially in recent omics research. Previously, our group has reported chromatography using nanofluidic channels with attoliter sample handling and ultrahigh separation efficiency. However, the range of application was not large because reversed-phase gradient separation was not established. In this paper, we propose a gradient elution system for the nanofluidic chromatography and modification method of nanofluidic channels with octadecyl group for separation of various molecules.
