We demonstrate highly-efficient and low turn-on voltage solutionprocessed white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) using a novel carbazole blue emitter with iridium based emitter. The device exhibits a maximum external quantum efficiency of 6.2%, a power efficiency of 16.4 lm/W and relatively low turn-on voltage of 3 V with CIE xy coordinates of (0.34, 0.41) at 1000 cd/m 2 . The device performance of our WOLED demonstrated here is so far the highest ever reported for the specific device structure.
