Abstract

Blue hazard free Candle-light Energy-efficient OLED Very high CRI Visual comfort
Long exposure of blue-enriched white light to eyes has been confirmed to cause public health issue, including retina damage, circadian disruption, breast cancer, and artwork discoloring. To minimize blue hazards and maximize visual comfort, we devise a 'candle light' emitting OLED with a high-color rendering index and a high-spectrum resemblance index at around 1,900K with high-band low color-temperature blackbody-radiation complementary emitters.
