Abstract

We developed separation device with reproducible injection by integration of Laplace valve and mechanical nano-valve. The injected sample volume was only 940 fL, and the CV of the volume was 3.1%, which showed enough performance for quantitative analysis. In addition, proteins were successfully separated with 2.3×10 4 plate. This device will greatly contribute to nice application in separation science and biology like single cell proteomics.
