Abstract

According to the simulation results in the current study, the pyramidal structure shows the highest antireflective efficiency than others do. Conical structured arrays were fabricated with the periodic length of 350 nm and the height of 300 nm to compare the simulated results. The simulation results by FDTD method in the current study agree well with the experimental results.
