Abstract
This study aims to present the application of Pressure Sensitive Paint (PSP) technique to investigate a convex corner model with different heights of counter-vane vortex generators in a transonic wind tunnel. From the experimental results, the height of vortex generators that is 0.2 of boundary layer thickness can effectively postpone the occurrence of separation. By contrast, the height of which equals 1.0 boundary layer thickness can induce parasitic drag.
