Halide perovskites have drawn worldwide attention due to their immense potential for solar photovoltaic applications. Nevertheless, their distinctive properties also make them a promising candidate for various hardware-based neuromorphic computing devices, as per research findings. We initiated our exploration with inorganic halide perovskite, CsPbI2Br, and expanded our research to include other metallic halide-based materials beyond halide perovskites. In this presentation, I will provide an overview and comparison of various metal halide memristors that we have recently studied.
