This paper proposes the integrated anisotropic tubular cardiac tissue into circulating microfluidic system for drug testing and presents the employment of geometric parameter that influences the size diameter and gyration degree of different diameter of alginate tube to align the fibroblast (NIH/3T3) and rat cardiomyocytes growth orientation.
