Abstract

In our previous work, we have published a diluted sperm sorting method on microfluidic chip based on continuous flow. Further, this research is about semen stock sample sorting with different viscosities applying on microfluidic chip with corresponding velocity ratio, and the DNA damage rate detecting by Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay. Most viscosities of semen are range from 1 to 5 mPa×s, the difference of viscosity will make the separation in the biochip failed. To overcome this problem, we modified the infused flow rate ratio and achieve good viability enhancements as our previous work.
