Abstract

Phase-mating spectral phases of aperiodic quasi-phase matched gratings are experimentally measured by nonlinear spectral interferometry and microscopic images, respectively. The former enables accurate reconstruction of domain length distributions with 810-μm resolution. © 2013 IEEE.
