In this study, we proposed fL-pL reactor which can operate single molecule chemical reaction. Previously, we have developed fL pipette and pL flask which can handle the droplet using gas-liquid interface. To realize this device, the error of two pipettes volume is required with less than 1%. We fabricated nanofluidic reactor device which had two fL pipettes and its fabrication error was 0.33 %, about 6 times smaller than fabricated one using conventional fabrication process.
