Abstract

Highly energy transfer and asymmetric polarization of europium doped Si-O polar structures comprised of nc-Si in mesoporous silica induces 50-fold enhancement of green photoluminescence and demonstrates programmable characteristic with 10μs pulse. © 2012 OSA.
