Abstract

Photon-number fluctuations of soliton pairs and multipartite photon-number correlations in soliton trains are calculated numerically for the bound-state solitons in mode-locked fiber lasers modeled by the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation. Out-of-phase soliton pairs can exhibit less noises is predicted.
