We present rapid mixing of fluids in microchannel by AC electrothermal flow. Mixing was accelerated by the flow with low AC voltage (30 V _p-p , 5 MHz) and simple experimental setup, which led to reduced operation time and efficient chemical processing. Rapid fluorescence staining of protein with the mixer was also demonstrated.
