Abstract

We investigate the enhancement of SERS signals associated with the excitation of localized surface plasmons and morphology of ultra-thin golden films deposited on silicon substrate. We acquire the optimized deposited rate and film thickness. © 2011 National Sun Yat-Sen Univ.
