This paper reports a novel method of simple and ultra-sensitive detection of non-fluorescent molecules in 10 -10 nm (extended-nano space) utilizing optical diffraction by extended-nano channel. Our method showed high performance even for ultra-small channel and LOD of 17 zmol in 60 aL (200 nm) was achieved. This method will become a powerful tool for basic nanofluidics and its application.
