This paper reports a novel method of simplified and sensitive detection of non-fluorescent molecules in 10 nm-10 nm (extended-nano spaces) utilizing light diffraction by extended-nano channel. We for the first time revealed that this method is based on the unprecedented signal generation mechanism and doesn`t need precise optical alignment, which will be useful for many analytical applications.
