A novel sliding micro dispensing device is proposed. This device is capable of dispensing liquids with sufficient quantitative accuracy in nanoliter range, including direct injection into multiple channel without any dead volume. Since the device is made of Pyrex glass and fluorocarbon coating, it has high chemical tolerance. Quantitative 10 nL dispensing into multi-channel was demonstrated.
