Boron enriched chitosan coated PVA/Alginate based nano drug were synthesized by electrospray ionization (ESI) process. We confirmed IC-50 value (6.25µg/ml) and cytotoxicity of Chi/Alg-PVA-B NPs drug by WST-1 assay on SAS cell lines by serial dilution of drug from 25ppm to 1.56ppm. In comparison to SAS cell viability of 70% by treated with 25µg/ml boric acid. BNCT treatment in presence of Chi/Alg-PVA-B NPs reduces cell viability to 19% without causing any damage to normal cells.
