Abstract

Temperature dependence of anisotropies in (001)Co/NiMn was discussed. Electron bean evaporation and x-ray diffraction were used. Results showed that the exchange coupling induced anisotropy decreases with increasing temperature due to the decrease of exchange coupling between Co and NiMn.
