Abstract

Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) Delphi method Group decision making (GDM) Performance evaluation Third party logistics (3PL)
This paper proposes Delphi method as a method of group decision making with information feedback functionality. We obtain a common view via 6 experts' questionnaire, anonymous response and repeated interaction so a set of concrete and feasible performances evaluation structure of warehousing in Third Party Logistics was constructed. Delphi method and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) are also applied for the corresponding criteria weights setting by means of anonymous and recursive review procedure. An AHP analysis tool called Expert's Choice will be used for consistence checking with the data collected from each individual expert. We introduce geometric mean as the rule to aggregate the opinions of all experts into final judgments. Expert's Choice is also used for calculating corresponding criteria weights.
