Abstract

We investigate the possibility of enhancing terahertz radiation power though two-photon absorption induced extra photo-carrier in photoconductive antenna. Meanwhile, competition between single photon absorption and two photon absorption for terahertz radiation are discussed as well. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
