Abstract
This paper reports a novel method of simplified and sensitive detection of non-fluorescent mole-cules in 10 -10 nm (extended-nano spaces) utilizing light diffraction by extended-nano channel. Basic principle was proposed and verified for the first time. LOD of 104 molecules was achieved in the detection volume of 160 aL, which will be useful for many analytical applications.
