Detection of ultrabroadband THz radiation with photoconductive antennas fabricated on proton-bombarded InP (InP:H ⁺ ) substrates has been investigated. A promising result was obtained for the InP:H ⁺ photoconductive antenna with a proton dosage of 1x10 ¹⁵ ions/cm ²
