Ultrasound-Mediated Gene Therapy;Antiangiogenesis Targeted Microbubbles;Brain Tumors

This study aimed to develop the antiangiogenesis targeted and DNA-loaded cationic microbubbles with anti-VEGFR2 antibody (VCMBs), using ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction (UTMD) for achieving local blood-brain barrier disruption (BBBD), as a non-viral, noninvasive and targeted gene delivery approach in brain tumors.
