本工作主要是使用微波輔助化學氣相沉積法來加以製備奈米碳管，並以其主軸來進行延伸研究，內容共包含了「利用碳管的模板功能來合成奈米線」與「摻雜氮原子對碳管所造成的效應」這兩大類。
