Abstract
The thesis focus on Kongzi Jia Yu’ thought. Alhought Kongzi Jia Yu’ documents can trace to pre-Chin period, but edited by later generations. That makes Kongzi Jia Yu’ thought present Han-Wei intellectualism trendy. Main intention is “ritual”, including guan-ceremony, wedding ceremony, funeral ceremony, and elite's virtues. Those examples of ceremony have emotion trendy, accord with Wei-Jin dynasties. Laozi “Sun and Yi” concept become oneself and maintain oneself. Through “knowing rite” Confucianists not only the paragon of literati, but can build the bureaucrat system. Base on “Confucius’ words” Kongzi Jia Yu is canon of literati and system. Confucian scholar practice is paragon of literati, ritual code is paragon of system. “Confucius Home Schooling” theory is not conform to Confucianism development on pre-Chin and classics thoughts on Han dynasty. The academic circle think that can be the evidence of Kongzi Jia Yu has a complete definitive edition is not true. Those Confucius documents viewed extensively on pre-Chin and Han dynasty. Sho Yuan used it to remonstrate emperor, Han Shi Wai Zhuan used it to construct Confucian literati behavior. Those “Ju-Chia-Che-Yen”（Confucius’ words） preserve Confucius record, can be Confucius theory supplements.
