Abstract
本論文由下列二種藥用植物及二種生藥材分離得到38個化合物,經各種光譜分析與化學方法鑑定出其中31個,其構造如下: 1.台灣油點草( Tricyrtis formosana BAKER ) vanillin ( TF-1 )、4-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( TF-2 )、methyl 4-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate ( TF-3 )、methyl 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-trans-cinna mate ( TF-4 ) 、long chain ester ( TF-5 )、β-sitosterol ( TF-8 )、stigmast-4-en-3-one ( TF-9 )、6β-hydroxy stigmast-4-en-3-one ( TF-10 )、3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one ( TF-11 )、β-sitosteryl-β-D-gluco-pyranoside ( TF-12 )、scopoletin ( TF-14 )、(+)-sesamin ( TF-15 )、liriodenine ( TF-17 )、(-)-N-acetyl -anonaine ( TF-18 ) 2. 水蕨[Ceratopteris thalictroides (L.) BRONGN. ] pteroside Z ( CT-1 ) 、 cerebroside ( CT-2 )、β-sitosterol ( CT-3 )、β-sitosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside ( CT-4 )、pterosin D 3-O-β- D-gluco -pyranoside ( CT-5 )、ceratopteroside A ( CT-6 )、cetaropteroside B ( CT-7 )、ceratopteroside C ( CT-8 )、p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranoside ( CT-9 ) 3. 油茶粕( Tea-cake of Camellia oleifera ABEL. ) sucrose ( CO-1 )、camelliaside B ( CO-2 )、camelliaside A ( CO-3 ) 4. 琥珀(Succinum) ursolic acid ( HP-1 )、2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid ( HP-2 )、11-oxo-asiatic acid ( HP-3 )、dammara-20,24-dien-3β-ol ( HP-4 ) 、 ursolaldehyde ( HP-5 ) 其中pteroside Z ( CT-1 ) 、ceratopteroside A ( CT-6 ) 、cetaropteroside B ( CT-7 )、ceratopteroside C ( CT-8 )為新化合物。
