Abstract
Thesis contain two parts, the firt part utilize grazing incidence small angle x-ray scattering (GISAXS)to study the structure of the mesopoeous tube thin film (MCM-41), the thin film contains two structure, one is face-center rectangular and the other is rectangular.No prefered orientaqtion.The second part test the ability of CCD to collect the x-ray diffraction patteren of macromolecular (lysozyme)in national synchron radiation research center. The data quality is very good.
