Abstract
Due to ISO 9000 quality management system was reasonable and suitability for operation, enterprises of Euro promoted the system to worldwide market, and extended the technology to their suppliers and customers. That contributed to accelerated extending speed of ISO 9000 system.Taiwan was belong to a typical of island economics, all incomes were reliance on mass exports, therefore The companies of Taiwan how did they can “to meet the requirement”; it means to fit client’s asking to apply and register ISO 9000 quality system, and then can “to get profits”; it means in the mean while, they could improve their management performance and constitution. That’s a very significant course.Thus the study’s result will be through a diagnostics including a diagnostic form and performance related key effective factors for ISO 9000 system. The enterprises could be able to not only diagnosed by themselves and also continue upgrade their management performance during the diagnostic and improving process.The study did interview three companies for deeper investigation their present ISO 9000 system operation conditions. The outcome suggested small size companies have to enforce their own core consciousness, recognize own core vale, develop products or services with own character. And regarding those enterprises, they already could meet ISO 9000 system requirement, but they dissatisfied present situation and expected to breakthrough present situation. The study suggested to merge TQM elements into ISO 9000 system; which means to extend ISO 9000’s contents and deepen its gradation step by step. That could enhance enterprises’ constitution and accumulate abilities to breakthrough present condition.
