Abstract
21 Century tends to revolve the era into electronic enterprise from e-Commerce to e-Management . However electronic is only a device that needs to be manipulated by a business strategy to show the value and advantages of e-Business. Therefore, how an enterprise integrate the management activities and production as well as promote business strategy in the electronic environment plays an important role when an enterprise implement and operate an e-Business. This research intends to discuss the relationship between business strategy planning, management system, decision assignment, business operation, product development, manufacture production, material flow, money flow and information flow integrately and also to propose the "operation model of electrical manufacture enterprise" to meet the ARIS for ERP, and use the ARIS construction to establish the case model for application. Then, checking the relationship of this case model randomly by the real administration case, management article, Standard Software Solution and the normal issues of process management to generate the suggestion of improvement for BPR.
