Abstract
ABSTRACT A novel high-dynamic-range dynamic current matching current mirror is proposed in this thesis. This current mirror has the advantages: low input resistance, ultra high output resistance, and high accuracy. The current mirror can work at a lower power supply voltage of 3V because of the three-layer structure. A reference bias circuit is also proposed in this thesis. This bias circuit combined the design idea of the threshold reference bias circuit with the conductance reference bias circuit. The current of the threshold reference biasing decreases as the temperature rises. But on the other hand the current of the conductance reference bias circuit increases with the temperature. (Both of the two bias circuit are independent with the power supply voltage variation.) Thus a bias current independent with the temperature and power supply voltage variations is proposed.
