Abstract
在本研究中,使用實際現況模擬之方法,來探討製鞋廠之最適生產排程問 題。在論文中,將依據不同的排程法則、訂單排序法則及訂單合併策略等 三大因子,考慮到各種優先權來安排兩部 PVC射出成型機瓶頸機台之排程 。在此所考慮的優先權,包括了鞋底之顏色、鞋模之樣式、及廠商別之不 同。而在訂單合併策略方面,採取了訂單未加以合併,與訂單允許在某適 當情況下加以合併處理等兩種策略。在排程方法的評估上採用四個評估準 則:平均流程時間、換模次數、清洗次數和 PVC機台利用率。將收集到的 工廠之客戶訂單資料,利用 FoxPro 軟體,建立訂單資料庫系統。而實驗 設計方法將被用來選擇最適合之排程方法,並進一步發展成一套電腦排程 軟體。本軟體可用來安排射出成型鞋類之最適生產順序,以減少換模時間 和清洗次數,增加射出成型機之效率,進而設計最合適之模具數量。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the best production scheduling rules of a shoe manufacturing company by using the simulation method. It takes much time and costs for the manager to deal with daily scheduling. Thus, this software is proposed to solve it. By using different order- sorting rules, scheduling rules, order-merged methods for the bottleneck machines (two PVC injection machines). The best scheduling method is found by the experimental design method. It includes four performance measures : average mean flow time, the frequency of changing models, the frequency of cleaning machines, and the utilization of PVC machines. Finally, a computer software is schedule the customer orders for the best production sequence of shoes. It can save the model changing time, increase the efficiency of PVC machines, and even reduce the required number of injection models.
